We've arranged an incredibly safe shopping experience for you and have found shipping services we love (and hope you do too!). Most orders are filled and processed within three business days. If you need your order expedited, drop us a note and we'll do our best.
We charge a flat shipping fee of $6 per order. All purchases over $75 are completely free! Of course, with Covid, we've all experienced delays. We're hopeful to avoid them, but they do happen from time to time.

So about returns!? At this time, we simply don't have the capacity to accept returns. But we are absolutely certain you'll love your UPwords items! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or want to chat about your order. Of course, if an item arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, we'll make it right in a jiffy!
